Strategic Intelligence

Course Description

“Strategic Intelligence” improves an organization’s strategic decision making and is critical in today’s challenging times and global environment. Strategic intelligence is an intersection of three core elements: knowledge management (KM), business intelligence, and competitive intelligence. A key part of being successful in strategic intelligence deals with knowledge retention and transfer, e-learning, analytics, and social networking. This module will provide an introduction into these areas as related to strategic intelligence.

Course Sessions

Assessment and Certificate

  • The survey should be completed before the assessment
  • The password to access the assessment is available on the last page of the survey
  • The time limit for the completion of the assessment is 60 minutes
  • The assessment should be taken only once. The responses are tracked by name, email and IP address. Please note that only the results of the first attempt will be considered
  • Digital certificates will be issued to learners with a score of 60% or higher
  • Learners with a score lower than 60% can retake the assessment after two months
  • Printed certificates will be mailed to learners who submit an article on the suggested topic (instructions are available in the Printed Certificate button below)
