The InnovMed Programme is implemented by the Division for Public Administration and Development Management(DPADM) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA). InnovMed is part of the Global On-line Network of Public Administration (UNPAN) and it aims at promoting innovation in governance in the Mediterranean region.

Key activities are undertaken in collaboration with Formez - Training and Study Centre - through the Centre for the Exchange of Administrative Innovation in the Euro-Mediterranean Region (CAIMED).
