The Kenya Institute of Administration (KIA) is a premier Management Development Institute established in 1961. The Institute acquired parastatal status under an Act of Parliament (Act No.2) in 1996. The mandate of the K.I.A is to promote national development through provision of training, research and consultancy to the Public, Private sector and the Non-governmental Organizations. The KIA Act further mandates the Institute to promote standards of competence, integrity and a culture of transparency and accountability in the Public service. |
