The MPA-programme offers the possibility to specialise in the fields of Organisation and Management, International Comparative Studies, Policy Studies & Crisis-Management or European Studies. The EMPA-programme is designed as an advanced academic training in comparative public administration, European public policy and public management. It focuses on the comparative analysis of questions of public administration, public policy and public management in different countries both within and outside the European Union. This then, in the context of processes of internationalisation, europeanisation and European integration, including the institutions of the European Union.
